e15 16 week training program - 19 October - 22 February (Christmas break 22 Dec - 2 Jan)
e15 3 x session per week - Monday AM (1.5 hrs), Wednesday PM (1.5hrs), Saturday AM (2 hours)
e15 Passionate, reliable coaches with years of experience
e15  Stroke correction and advice at ALL sessions
e15 Proven record of success - ALL 2016 eSWIM Rotto Squad swimmers successfully completed the 2016 Rottnest Channel Swim
e15 Challenging, varied and tailored training programs including strategically placed time trials and "Super Sessions"
e15 Weekly update emails with training and race prep info
e15 Guided ocean swimming January / February (dates TBC)
e15 Advice on race plans, diet, hydration, mental preparedness
