Squad Payment Details via PUNCHPASS

Payment must be received to secure your spot in the Squad. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your enrolment and payment.

To pay for your Rotto Squad enrolment you must follow all THREE steps:

STEP 1 - Set up a Punchpass Account & Register
Set up a Punchpass account, if you haven't already, by clicking the green “Create Account” button top right on the eSWIM Punchpass page.

STEP 2 - Purchase a Rotto Squad Pass via Punchpass

Click on “Purchase A Pass” top left of your Punchpass account and select ONE of the following to match your selection on your enrolment form:

2026 Rotto Squad Season Pass - $1600

2026 Rotto Squad 3 Session Pass - $1375

2026 Rotto Squad Weekday Pass - $1250

2026 Rotto Squad 2 Session Pass - $1100

2026 Rotto Squad 2 Session Pass (no Saturday) - $900

STEP 3 - Enrol in the Squad Series via Punchpass
On the “Schedule-List” or “Calendar” tabs on your Punchpass account, scroll to 13 October 2025, the first session of the 2026 Rotto Squad. Click on this session to register for the Squad Series. You will automatically be enrolled for all sessions in the squad.

Your enrolment will not be processed until payment is received.

Please note that pool entry fees are the responsibility of the individual and must be paid before entering the pool. eSWIM clients receive a Corporate discount on Stadium membership which allows access to the pools, gym and fitness classes. This is the most economical way to pay for your sessions throughout the squad. Information on how to join will be distributed at the Info Session or you can contact us for more details.

Cancellation / Refunds Policy

There will be no refunds issued for non-attendance or withdrawal from this course. In the event that a class is cancelled due to instructor illness, injury or any other cause a replacement class will be scheduled where possible. No refunds will be given in the event of pool closure due to inclement weather, mechanical failure or any other reason outside the control of eSWIM and its coaching staff. However, in the event the pool is closed for an extended period of time due to COVID-19 and the squad is suspended or cancelled, a portion of the squad fees will be refunded if replacement sessions cannot be scheduled.

Waiver
I hereby waive, release and discharge eSWIM from all and every claim, right or cause of action which I might have or arising out of my death, resulting in injury, damage or loss of any description whatsoever which I may suffer or sustain as the result of my participation in an eSWIM activity EXCEPT to the extent that such may be proven to have been caused by the wilful act or omission of eSWIM. I agree to indemnify and keep indemnified eSWIM against all actions, suits, demands, claims, proceedings, costs, expenses, liabilities and judgements arising out of, or in relation to, my participation in an eSWIM activity. I consent to receive such medical aid or preventative treatment which may be deemed advisable in the unfettered discretion of the eSWIM instructor in the event of any injury or accident or illness to me as the result of my participation in an eSWIM activity. I acknowledge the Rotto Squad Cancellation Policy and agree to its terms and conditions.
