Squad Payment Details via PUNCHPASS

Squad Payment Details via PUNCHPASS
Payment must be received to secure your spot in the Squad. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your enrolment and payment.

To pay for your Rotto Squad enrolment you must follow all THREE steps:

STEP 1 - Set up a Punchpass Account & Register
Set up a Punchpass account, if you haven't already, by clicking the green “Create Account” button top right on the eSWIM Punchpass page.

STEP 2 - Purchase a Rotto Squad Pass via Punchpass

Click on “Purchase A Pass” top left of your Punchpass account and select ONE of the following to match your selection on your enrolment form:

2027 Rotto Squad Season Pass - $1675

2027 Rotto Squad 3 Session Pass - $1450

2027 Rotto Squad Weekday Pass - $1350

2027 Rotto Squad 2 Session Pass - $1175

2027 Rotto Squad 2 Session Pass (no Saturday) - $1050

STEP 3 - Enrol in the Squad Series via Punchpass
On the “Schedule-List” or “Calendar” tabs on your Punchpass account, scroll to 12 October 2026, the first session of the 2026 Rotto Squad. Click on this session to register for the Squad Series. You will automatically be enrolled for all sessions in the squad.

Your enrolment will not be processed until payment is received.

Please note that pool entry fees are the responsibility of the individual and must be paid before entering the pool. eSWIM clients receive a Corporate discount on Perth HPC membership which allows access to the pools, gym and fitness classes. This is the most economical way to pay for your sessions throughout the squad. Information on how to join will be distributed at the Info Session or you can contact us for more details.

Cancellation / Refunds Policy

There will be no refunds issued for non-attendance or withdrawal from this squad. In the event that a class is cancelled due to instructor illness, injury or any other cause, a replacement class will be scheduled where possible. No refunds will be given in the event of pool closure due to inclement weather, mechanical failure or any other reason outside the control of eSWIM and its coaching staff. However, in the event the pool is closed for an extended period of time and the squad is suspended or cancelled, a portion of the squad fees will be refunded if replacement sessions cannot be scheduled.

Medical Disclosure
I understand that participation in the 2027 eSWIM Rotto Squad coaching program involves physical activity and may carry health and safety risks. I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions to my coach, including but not limited to:
• Cardiovascular or respiratory conditions
• Musculoskeletal injuries or chronic pain
• Neurological conditions (e.g. epilepsy)
• Recent surgeries or hospitalisations
• Diabetes, asthma, or other chronic illnesses
• Mental health considerations that may impact training
• Use of medications that may affect exercise capacity
Participation Acknowledgement
By signing this form, I acknowledge that:
• I am voluntarily participating in the 2027 eSWIM Rotto Squad
• I understand the nature of the physical activity involved.
• I confirm I am fit to participate, or I have consulted a qualified health professional who has cleared me for this activity.
• I will notify the coaching staff if my health status changes or if I experience discomfort, injury, or illness during a session.
• I understand that participation is at my own risk.
Emergency Medical Consent
In the event of an emergency during training, I authorise the swim coach or their appointed representative to:
• Provide or arrange appropriate first aid or assistance
• Contact emergency services (000)
• Authorise ambulance transport to a medical facility if needed

I understand I am responsible for any associated costs and acknowledge the importance of maintaining private health insurance and ambulance cover in Australia.

Waiver
I hereby waive, release and discharge eSWIM from all and every claim, right or cause of action which I might have or arising out of my death, resulting in injury, damage or loss of any description whatsoever which I may suffer or sustain as the result of my participation in an eSWIM activity EXCEPT to the extent that such may be proven to have been caused by the wilful act or omission of eSWIM. I agree to indemnify and keep indemnified eSWIM against all actions, suits, demands, claims, proceedings, costs, expenses, liabilities and judgements arising out of, or in relation to, my participation in an eSWIM activity. I consent to receive such medical aid or preventative treatment which may be deemed advisable in the unfettered discretion of the eSWIM instructor in the event of any injury or accident or illness to me as the result of my participation in an eSWIM activity. I acknowledge the Rotto Squad Cancellation Policy and agree to its terms and conditions.
